Are you an experience administrator? Are you a strong communicator? Do you have excellent organisation skills? We are recruiting a full time, permanent Administrator to join our Centralised admin team based in Bristol. This role of Facilities and Estates Administrator is to support the Division with the delivery of a smooth and comprehensive centralised administration service. You will work across 4 key areas: • Rostering • Absence • Ordering • General Administration Duties of the role include but are not limited to: • To notify line managers of non-arrivals to ensure welfare checks are given to staff members • Using requirements submitted by departments, creating overtime & bank allocations, ensuring staff are allocated fairly and are compliant with trust policies & working time directive • Staff the absence line, taking calls from staff members, obtaining information such as planned return to work date, fit note queries etc. • Support managers by preparing Performance Management templates and meetings • Support with general IT queries from staff, such as ID Badge access, ESR & Kallidus Access University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is one of the largest acute Trusts in the country, bringing together a combined workforce of over 13,000 staff and over 100 different clinical services across 10 different sites, serving a core population of more than 500,000 people across South West England.
